The Chapter President is the legal representative for the chapter. The President officiates at all meetings of the chapter, and represents the chapter at District functions, such as the House of Delegates meeting.
Secretary:
Wendy Patterson
The Chapter Secretary serves as the official recorder of chapter meetings. The Chapter Secretary's responsibilities include taking minutes of official meetings and posting for the membership, maintaining records and contact with the Barbershop Harmony Society and helping to keep the chapter legal with the Province of British Columbia.
Treasurer:
Ed Higham
The Chapter Treasurer maintains the financial accounts of the chapter, monitoring the revenues and expenses, reporting to the chapter administration at regular meetings and to the membership at its Annual General Meeting.
Vice President - Membership/Chapter Development:
Don Romanik
The Chapter Vice President of Marketing and Promotions is responsible for coordinating the various opportunities for promoting the chapter. The VP - M&P also serves as coordinator for the booking person, arranging for performance opportunities for the chorus.
Vice President - Music & Performance:
Don Preston
The Chapter Vice President of Music & Performance heads up the Music Team to create raise the quality of performance and better internal relations in a chapter through improved communication to create a feeling of togetherness throughout the chapter.

The Chapter Past President has served as the Chapter President and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience in running the chapter operations. Often, the Chapter Past President serves as the chapter's ombudsman for difficult issues for the chapter.
Music Director:

The Chapter Music Director is responsible for the overall music program for the chapter. The Music Director conducts the weekly rehearsal, directs performances, provides music education, and supports the membership in improving their individual performance ability.
